She's more than a hairstylist; she's a trusted name you've likely heard of. With over a decade of experience in the hair industry, Rachel is a true expert in her craft.
Her passion for making women look and feel their best is at the heart of her mission. When Rachel envisioned SHINE, she saw more than just a salon. Her goal was to create a haven where women could come to enjoy quality service in a comfortable and relaxing environment, all at an affordable price.
This year, in August 2023, Rachel's dream of owning her own blow dry bar became a reality. Her dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to her vision led to the opening of SHINE Blow Dry Bar.
Rachel's dream is now a haven for our community, where every woman can experience the magic of a professional blowout and a touch of luxury, all thanks to her vision and dedication.

With 8 years of experience in the beauty industry, she's a true expert in her craft.
What Ashley loves most about SHINE Blow Dry Bar is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. For her, it's all about creating a safe space where every client feels like a valued friend.

Cameron is a Clarksville, TN native and recently graduated from cosmetology school last year.
Fun Facts: Cameron has a twin sister, 2 doggies, and loves spending time with her family.
One of Cameron's favorite things about working at Shine Blow Dry Bar is being able to meet so many amazing and wonderful new faces.
Cameron has a passion for helping others and watching her clients' reactions when they see Cameron's magic come to life.
As Cameron always says..."Confidence starts in the hair"!

Morgan, originally from Ohio, now embraces a global lifestyle as a military spouse.
Having completed cosmetology school in April 2022, she exemplifies dedication and creativity in her hairstyling profession.
Motivated by the transformative influence of a well-executed hairstyle, Morgan finds fulfillment in witnessing the heightened confidence and self-esteem resulting from a fresh hair and style experience.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she values quality time with her family & friends.
Morgan particularly appreciates her role at SHINE Blow Dry Bar, not only for its inviting atmosphere but also for the emphasis on the meticulous process of washing, drying, and styling hair.

Camille is a proud graduate of Austin Peay State University, where she was an active member of Chi Omega sorority.
She continued her education towards aesthetics shortly after college to follow her passion for make up and aesthetic services.
Camille recently became licensed however she has been honing her make up skills for over 6 years now!
Doing make up is her passion and brings her so much joy to see her clients visions come to life for some of the most important events of their life.
Camille's favorite part of make up artistry is wedding make up as she loves helping brides feel beautiful on their special day!
