When Rachel envisioned SHINE,she saw more than just a salon. Her goal was to create a haven where women could come to enjoyquality service in a comfortable and relaxing environment, all at an affordable price. This year, inAugust 2023, Rachel's dream of owning her own blow dry bar became a reality. Her dedication, hardwork, and unwavering commitment to her vision led to the opening of SHINE Blow Dry Bar. Born and raised in Northern California, Ashley brings that West Coast vibe and flair to our salon. With 8 years of experience in the beauty industry, she's a true expert in her craft. What Ashleyloves most about SHINE Blow Dry Bar is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. For her, it's all aboutcreating a safe space where every client feels like a valued friend.

Cameron is a Clarksville, TN native and recently graduated from cosmetology school last year. FunFacts: Cameron has a twin sister, 2 doggies, and loves spending time with her family. One ofCameron's favorite things about working at Shine Blow Dry Bar is being able to meet so many amazingand wonderful new faces. Cameron has a passion for helping others and watching her clients reactionswhen they see Cameron's magic come to life. As Cameron always says..."Confidence starts in the hair"!

Morgan, originally from Ohio, now embraces a global lifestyle as a military spouse. Having completedcosmetology school in April 2022, she exemplifies dedication and creativity in her hairstylingprofession. Motivated by the transformative influence of a well-executed hairstyle, Morgan findsfulfillment in witnessing the heightened confidence and self-esteem resulting from a fresh hair andstyle experience. Beyond her professional pursuits, she values quality time with her family &friends. Morgan particularly appreciates her role at SHINE Blow Dry Bar, not only for its invitingatmosphere but also for the emphasis on the meticulous process of washing, drying, and styling hair.

Meet Josie, a talented stylist born in Arkansas with over two years of experience in the industry. Josie's passion isgiving clients confidence by styling their hair exactly as they envision. Josie is dedicated toproviding exceptionalhair services to her clients along with an incredible experience! Fun fact: she has two adorablecats named Ava andDory.
